'Speech reminds us that words, like children, have the power to make dance the dullest beanbag of a heart' Peggy Noonan
There are various options regarding the way your audio can be finalised.
Sometimes we work with Production Houses who are creating a video or film to which our voices will be added in post production and these projects often request unprocessed audio. Similarly, when we're working with an Audiobook Producer, we will provide clean unprocessed audio - that is audio that has been manually first-pass edited to remove errors or any intrusive noise, but which has not been subjected to any digital processing.
Most Corporate clients require fully finished audio - that is audio that has been edited and digitally processed (mastered), is cut to time and ready to go in whatever lossless audio format you require.
All recordings are carefully proofed and checked before delivery, unless the client is proofing and editing themselves. Delivery is normally done using a secure shared Dropbox or other Cloud delivery service. A CD Rom option is available - these will be sent via Royal Mail recorded (next day signed for) delivery to clients within the UK or via Royal Mail Overseas delivery to clients outside the UK.
When the finished recording is delivered, we ask clients to check everything carefully - minor changes are normally recorded free of charge providing the changes are minimal and are requested within a specified time period, however, any re-writes, amends, additions or timing changes requested after the specified time period (normally five working days after delivery) or any text changes that significantly add to the word count will incur an additional fee.
Choice Voices may request permission to use the recording (or an excerpt from it) as a sample for other clients or as a demo for use online.
